CLASS POLICIES

REGISTRATION:
Payment is due at time of registration. Space is often limited. We encourage you to register early.
CANCELLATION:
Refunds will be given ONLY if we receive your cancellation 2 weeks before the class date or if Quilter's Way cancels the class.
SUPPLIES:
A supply list will be provided for each class. When a pattern or book is required, we expect each student to own a copy. We respect and honor all copyright laws.

DATE: Saturday, Dec 1 TIME: 10:00am-3:00pm FEE: $55
Just learning to sew or want to learn? Stymied with a technique? Have a project you want to start or finish? Want to try something new? Each student designs his or her own class in this studio. Karen is happy to help with small home decorating projects, work on basic sewing skills or give you any kind of help you need.

*Drawstring Bag with Miho Takeuchi
DATE: Sunday, Dec 9 TIME: 12:00pm-5:00pm FEE: $45
Looking for a gift that has a little panache? Miho has created a drawstring bag with Asian flair that can be used in so many ways. In this class you'll learn to piece and construct the bag as well as embellish it with Sashiko designs.
*Gift Workshop with Karen Pulaski and Marianne Hatton
DATE: Tuesday, Dec 11 TIME: 6:00pm-9:00pm FEE: $25
This Make 'n Take workshop offers you a choice of projects. Marianne Hatton will show you how to create a mini crazy-pieced work of art that can be framed, fashioned into a holiday card or used as the centerpiece of a larger project like a pillow or handbag. Karen Pulaski will teach you a general technique for making make creative gift enclosures for CDs, gift certificates or other small gifts. You'll never be stuck without a gift-wrap again! Sewing machines will be available for use and kits can be purchased for a nominal fee.
